Position Description
Performs coordinative work in the operation of a specific program or departmental project. Responsibilities involve the coordination of the various functions and aspects of a specific program as well as the monitoring of equipment operational procedures. Work is performed under general supervision with evaluation based on results obtained. May supervise, volunteers and student assistants.

Major/Essential Functions

Operate the laser cutters, troubleshooting student files as needed, preparing materials.
Operate the 3D printers, use associated software, and replace fiber/filament as needed.
Be knowledgeable about an architectural shop fabrication capabilities and equipment and be able to demonstrate those to students.
Good communication skills with students and managing files and expectations

Required Qualifications
High school graduation plus five years progressively responsible related experience; additional related education may exchange for required experience on a year for year basis.
